电力市场容量持留风险识别防范机制研究——考虑大规模新能源参与电力市场交易的分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着新型电力系统中大规模新能源的参与,电力市场中容量持留风险将变得日益多变且复杂,传统的风险防范方式对此难以识别和防范。为此,针对新型电力系统中大规模新能源参与交易下电力市场容量持留风险进行研究,提出基于事前风险防范思想的容量持留风险识别防范机制。首先,提出识别防范机制的设计思路与流程,采用递进式风险识别方法对容量持留机组进行识别;然后,构建考虑容量持留风险的市场出清优化模型,将容量持留风险防范和电力市场出清深度结合,通过在出清模型中对产生容量持留风险的机组进行报价修改,以防范容量持留风险;最后,采用某地区的电力市场运行数据,对容量持留风险识别防范机制做出仿真分析,证明该机制对防范大规模新能源参与下市场主体容量持留风险的有效性和精确性。 With the participation of large-scale new energy in the new power system,the risk of capacity retention in the power market will become increasingly variable and complex,which is difficult to identify and prevent by traditional risk prevention methods.To this end,the risk of capacity retention in the electricity market under the large-scale new energy trading in the new power system is studied,and the identification and prevention mechanism of capacity retention risk based on the idea of beforehand risk prevention is proposed.First of all,this paper proposes the design idea and process of identification and prevention mechanism,and uses the progressive risk identification method to identify the capacity holding units;Then,it constructs a market clearing optimization model considering the risk of capacity retention,which combines the prevention of capacity retention risk with the clearing of power market in depth,and prevents the risk of capacity retention by modifying the quotation of units generating capacity retention risk in the clearing model;Finally,it uses the power market operation data of a region to make a simulation analysis of the capacity retention risk identification and prevention mechanism,which proves the effectiveness and accuracy of the mechanism in preventing the capacity retention risk of market entities under the participation of large-scale new energy.
