绿色信贷政策促进碳减排影响机制及传导路径研究

Study on the impact mechanism and transmission path of green credit policies to promote carbon emission reduction

研究绿色信贷政策对碳排放的影响及传导机制具有重要意义。本文选取2007-2020年省际面板数据,构建模型探析绿色信贷政策与碳排放的关系及影响机制。研究发现:绿色信贷政策能够通过直接和间接方式减少碳排放,技术进步水平、产业结构升级、外商直接投资和环境规制在绿色信贷抑制碳排放的过程中起到部分中介作用。据此,从完善绿色信贷政策,加强环境规制,引领技术进步,合理利用外资等方面提出相关政策建议,以期为我国大力实施绿色信贷政策和实现“双碳”目标提供实证支撑和理论依据。

It is important to study the impact of green credit policies on carbon emission and the transmission mechanism.This paper selects Inter-provincial panel data from 2007 to 2020,and constructs a model to explore the relationship of green credit policies,carbon emissions and the influence mechanism.The study found that green credit policies can reduce carbon emission through direct and indirect means,the level of technological progress,industrial structure upgrading,foreign direct investment and environmental regulation play a part in mediating the process of green credit to curb carbon emissions.In this regard,we propose relevant policy recommendations in terms of improving green credit policy,strengthening environmental regulation,leading technological progress,and rationalizing foreign investment,in order to provide empirical support and theoretical basis for China to vigorously implement green credit policy and achieve the"double carbon"goal.
