生鲜农产品冷链物流销售环节风险评价与防范研究

Research on risk evaluation and prevention of cold chain logistics sales of fresh agricultural

随着人们生活水平的提升,生鲜农产品市场需求量也在逐年扩大。但生鲜农产品从生产地到消费者手中经过多环节流通容易出现腐损,需要一个完整的冷链运输体系做支撑。同时,由于冷链运输具有风险聚集与传递作用,因此必须建立完善的风险防控机制。本文基于灰色关联分析法对生鲜农产品冷链物流销售环节的风险因素进行实证分析,研究结果表明:在生鲜农产品销售环节中存在质量、服务水平、价格等方面的风险,且风险水平较高,而技术风险和环境风险的风险水平较低。为此,从提升冷链物流技术信息化水平、创新冷链物流模式、培养从业人员综合素质、构建信息化销售平台以及加大政府政策支持等方面,提出强化生鲜农产品冷链物流销售环节抗风险能力的建议,促进生鲜农产品市场健康发展。

With the improvement of people’s living standards,the market demand for fresh agricultural products is also expanding year by year.However,fresh agricultural products are easy to be corrupted after multiple links of circulation from the production place to consumers,which requires a complete cold chain transportation system as a support.At the same time,because cold chain transportation has the role of risk aggregation and transmission,it is necessary to establish a sound risk prevention and control mechanism.This paper makes an empirical analysis on the risk factors in the cold chain logistics sales of fresh agricultural products based on the gray correlation analysis method.The research results show that there are risks in the quality,service level,price and other aspects in the sales of fresh agricultural products,and the risk level is high,while the risk level of technical risk and environmental risk is low.For this reason,from the aspects of improving the informatization level of cold chain logistics technology,innovating the cold chain logistics model,cultivating the comprehensive quality of employees,building an information sales platform,and increasing government policy support,this paper puts forward suggestions to strengthen the anti-risk ability of the cold chain logistics sales link of fresh agricultural products,so as to promote the healthy development of the fresh agricultural products market.
