如何利用金融科技手段实现开放银行生态圈内各参与方数据安全可控的共享,是开放银行生态圈建设过程中面临的重大难题。区块链作为金融科技的重要技术手段,可以为开放银行数据共享提供技术支持。本文从数据共享这一开放银行的本质特征为切入点,从数据平台主导权、数据隐私安全保护、数据资产确权、数据价值流通等角度,阐释开放银行在数据共享方面面临的不愿共享、不敢共享、不能共享的难题,结合区块链分布式账本、数据加密、智能合约、链式时间戳等技术,阐述区块链赋能开放银行解决上述难题的具体路径。最后,从顶层设计、标准建设、科技赋能、法律保障等方面对我国开放银行生态圈建设提出建议。

How to use financial technology to achieve secure and controllable data sharing among all participants within the open banking ecosystem is a major challenge faced in the construction process of the open banking ecosystem.Blockchain,as an important technological tool in financial technology,can provide technical support for open bank data sharing.This article takes data sharing as the essential feature of open banks,and from the perspectives of data platform dominance,data privacy security protection,data asset ownership confirmation,and data value circulation,explains the challenges faced by open banks in data sharing,such as unwillingness to share,unwillingness to share,and inability to share.Combining technologies such as blockchain distributed ledgers,data encryption,smart contracts,and chain timestamps,Elaborate on the specific path of blockchain empowering open banks to solve the aforementioned challenges.Finally,suggestions are made for the construction of China's open banking ecosystem from the perspectives of top-level design,standard construction,technology empowerment,and legal protection.
