近年来,我国平台经济迅速发展,在经济社会发展全局中的地位和作用日益突显,同时平台经济领域资本无序扩张问题也比较突出。平台经济领域资本扩张受到资本与平台经济的双轮驱动,应当以法律作为扩张有序与否的价值判断标准。在竞争法视域下资本无序扩张主要表现为垄断和不正当竞争行为,需要坚持发展与规范并重的理念,加强和改进平台经济领域竞争执法,完善平台经济领域经营者集中审查,健全平台经济领域竞争法律制度,推进平台经济领域软法治理,加强市场综合监管与行业监管协调配合,积极应对平台经济领域资本无序扩张,促进平台经济规范健康持续发展。
