产业链集群是社会分工不断细化的结果,是产业经济发展到一定阶段的产物,而中美贸易摩擦以及新冠疫情对于全球供应链体系的冲击,加速了相关理论的发展。产业链集群兼具"产业链"和"集群"的概念,注重产业链的完整性以及空间上的聚集。本文旨在对产业链集群的准确定义、产业链集群的评价标准、产业链集群发展的动力、产业链集群发展的条件进行初步的研究探讨,为我国产业链集群建设发展提供建议。

The industrial chain cluster is the result of the continuous refinement of the social division of labor,and the product of the development of the industrial economy to a certain stage.The Sino-US trade friction and the impact of the new crown epidemic on the global supply chain system have accelerated the development of related theories.The industrial chain cluster combines the concepts of"industrial chain"and"cluster",focusing on the integrity of the industrial chain and spatial aggregation.This article aims to conduct preliminary research on the precise definition of industrial chain clusters,the evaluation criteria of industrial chain clusters,the driving force of industrial chain cluster development,and the conditions of industrial chain cluster development,so as to provide suggestions for the construction and development of industrial chain clusters in our country.
