长江经济带创新效率时空特征及其影响因素研究 被引量:4

Spatio-temporal characteristics of innovation efficiency and its influencing factors in the Yangtze River economic belt

摘要 创新是推动经济发展的主要动力。本文主要运用三阶段DEA模型测算长江经济带及各省市创新效率,结果发现:三阶段DEA模型剔除了环境因素和随机因素的影响,能够客观反映长江经济带各省市创新效率水平,避免创新效率值被低估或高估;调整投入变量后各区域创新综合效率值变化显著,上游地区相较调整前有所下降,中游地区有所提升并超过上游地区,下游地区依然处于最高水平;各省市创新综合效率存在较大差异,并且受规模效率和纯技术效率的影响程度不同。因此,各地区应从经济高质量发展和区域协调发展的角度优化创新资源配置,健全跨区协作创新体系,因地制定创新措施等。 Innovation is the main driving force for economic development.This paper mainly uses three-stage DEA model to estimate the economy of the Yangtze River,the results showed that the three-stage DEA model eliminated the influence of environmental factors and random factors,and was able to improve the efficiency of innovation,to reflect the level of innovation efficiency of provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and avoid underestimate or overestimate of innovation efficiency;After adjusting the input variables,the value of the regional innovation comprehensive efficiency changed significantly,and the upstream region declines,while the middle region improves and exceeds the upstream region,the downstream region is still at the highest level;There are great differences in the comprehensive efficiency of innovation among provinces and cities,and the influence degree of scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency is different.Therefore,each region should optimize innovation resources from the Angle of high quality economic development and regional coordinated development,to configure,improve the cross-regional collaborative innovation system,and formulate innovative measures according to local conditions.
