“智慧+共享”农产品供应链耦合效应评价研究

Research on coupling mechanism and effect of "Intelligent + shared" agricultural product supply chain

为了进一步实现农产品供应链数字化管理,提高其整体的应变能力和协同能力,研究"智慧+共享"农产品供应链耦合机理及效应具有重要意义。本文在界定"智慧+共享"农产品供应链耦合内涵并对其耦合机理进行分析的基础上,构建耦合效应评价指标体系,运用"智慧+共享"农产品供应链耦合效应测度方法对其耦合效应进行评价分析。研究结果表明:目前我国"智慧+共享"农产品供应链耦合发展水平有待提高,提高供应链信息获取和处理技术能力、增加专业人才比重、加快信息共享平台的建设和应用、扩大金融信用共享程度和范围,是提升"智慧+共享"农产品供应链耦合发展水平的关键。

In order to further realize the digital management of agricultural supply chain,and improve its overall adaptability and coordination ability,it is of great significance to study the coupling mechanism and effect of"Intelligent+shared"agricultural product supply chain.On the basis of defining the coupling connotation of"Intelligent+shared"agricultural product supply chain and analyzing its coupling mechanism,this paper establishes the effect evaluation index system of coupling,and evaluate the coupling effect by using"Intelligent+shared"agricultural product supply chain coupling effect measurement method.Research results shows that:At present,the coupling development level of"Intelligent+shared"agricultural product supply chain in china needs to be improved,Improving the technical capacity of information acquisition and processing in the supply chain,increasing the proportion of professionals,accelerating the construction and application of information sharing platform,and expanding the degree and scope of financial credit sharing are the key to improving the coupling development level of"Intelligent+shared"agricultural product supply chain.
