中国高校科技创新对区域经济发展的影响效应研究——基于空间溢出效应视角的分析 被引量:6

Research on the Effect of Scientific and Technological Innovation in Chinese Universities on Regional Economic Development——Based on the perspective of spatial spillover effects

摘要 科技创新已然成为经济发展的重要驱动力。作为国家创新体系中重要的一环,高校科技创新是实现经济发展的重要推手。本文以2005-2019年我国31个省市面板数据为基础,运用空间计量分析技术考察了高校科技创新在区域间的流动性以及高校科技创新对区域经济发展的影响,在此基础上进一步研究高校科技创新的直接效应和空间溢出效应。结果表明:高校科技创新具有显著的空间溢出效应,对区域经济发展呈现显著的正向影响,且空间溢出效应大于直接效应。基于此结论,本文提出加强区域间高校科技创新合作、打造以高校科技创新为龙头的区域经济新引擎等建议。 Technological innovation has become an important driving force for economic development.As an important part of the national innovation system,scientific and technological innovation in universities is an important driving force for economic development.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2005 to2019,this paper uses spatial econometric analysis techniques to investigate the inter-regional mobility of university science and technology innovation and the impact of university science and technology innovation on regional economic development.On this basis,further research universities The direct effects and spatial spillover effects of technological innovation.The results show that:university science and technology innovation has a significant spatial spillover effect,which has a significant positive impact on regional economic development,and the spatial spillover effect is greater than the direct effect.Based on this conclusion,this article puts forward suggestions to strengthen the cooperation of science and technology innovation among universities in different regions,and to build a new engine of regional economy led by science and technology innovation of universities and so on.
