摘要 平台经济是新时代市场经济的"宠儿"。由于特殊的形成进路:即以科技创新为首要支撑、以用户规模为关键基石、以数算法优化为不竭动力、以网络效应为扩张路径,互联网平台市场支配地位的认定受到技术创新、双边市场、跨界营业和用户黏性等多重因素困扰。优化互联网平台市场支配地位之认定路径,应当深度把握激励平台创新与维护多元化反垄断价值目标的辩证关系,积极引入"用户数量—时间"标准,以完善相关地域市场认定方法,大胆修正价格理论,以修正相关商品市场认定路径,加快建立互联网平台相关市场定期衡量机制。 Platform economy is the preference of market in the new era.Because of the special formation path:that is,scientific and technological innovation as the primary support,user scale as the key cornerstone,digital algorithm optimization as inexhaustible power,network effect as the expansion path,the dominant position of the market of internet platform is effected by technological innovation,bilateral market,cross-border business and user stickiness and other factors.To optimize the path of determining the dominant position of the market of internet platform,we should deeply grasp the dialectical relationship of stimulating the platform innovation and maintaining the diversified anti-monopoly,actively introduce the"user quantity-time"standard to optimize the relevant regional market identification method,boldly revise the price theory to reconstruct the relevant commodity market identification path,and speed up the establishment of the internet platform related market regular measurement mechanism.
