新发展阶段二元创新行为影响因素研究

Stduy on Influencing Factors of Dual Innovation Behavior in the New Development Stage

"十四五"期间我国进入新的历史发展时期,关键核心技术的创新紧迫性愈发加大,但在具体实践中存在"始自探索式创新目标,终于利用式创新成果"的二元创新矛盾。本文以科技企业孵化器为研究情境,以时间压力表征创新紧迫性,构建包括时间压力、关系嵌入、二元创新行为的跨层次研究框架,探索影响二元创新行为选择的关键因素。研究发现:时间压力越大,越容易放弃探索式创新,转而进行利用式创新;当处于时间压力较大情境时,适度的信任有助于利用式创新,但对开展难度较大的探索式创新意义不大;面对时间压力,适度的信息共享和联合解决问题有助于推进探索式创新,降低由探索式创新转为利用式创新的不确定性。最后,本文根据影响创新行为的关键因素,提出了机制优化建议。

During the 14 th Five-Year period,the innovation of key core technologies is becoming more and more urgent.However,there is a contradiction between’starting from the exploratory innovation goal and finally achieving the innovative achievements’.This paper takes the technology business incubator as the research situation,uses time pressure to represent the urgency of innovation,and constructs a cross level research framework of time pressure,relationship Embeddedness and innovation behavior.According to the research:time pressure promotes the utilization innovation behaviors but not the exploration innovation;trust has no significant effect on the exploration innovation;moderate Information sharing and joint problem solving are beneficial to exploration innovation,reduce the uncertainty of changing from exploratory innovation to utilization innovation.Finally,according to the key factors affecting innovation behavior,this paper puts forward some suggestions on mechanism optimization.
