摘要 能耗强度的改善对保障我国能源安全意义重大。本文分析了技术创新、能源价格对能耗强度的影响,采用2010-2020年30个省级城市的面板数据进行实证研究,并比较了区域差异性。结果表明:技术创新能够有效减少单位GDP产值的能耗,通过改善要素生产率形成节能减排的长效机制,创新驱动的高质量发展模式对能效提高发挥了重要作用;能源价格与能耗强度之间存在显著的负相关关系,能源价格的变化通过影响能源产品的替代和影响资本、劳动力、原材料等生产要素的投入,从而影响能源利用效率。不同地区技术进步、能源价格对能耗强度的影响存在差异性,这可能与地区经济发展水平、资源禀赋有关。据此,建议充分挖掘技术创新对改善能源效率的巨大潜力,同时深化能源价格形成机制,通过能源价格手段来调控能耗强度。 The improvement of energy intensity is of great significance to energy security in China.In this paper,the impacts of technological innovation and energy prices on energy intensity are analyzed,and the panel data of 30 provincial-level cities from 2010 to 2020 are used for empirical research,and the regional differences are compared.The results show that technological progress can effectively reduce energy consumption per unit of GDP,and form a long-term mechanism of energy conservation and emission reduction by improving factor productivity.The innovation-driven high-quality development model plays an important role in the improvement of energy efficiency.There is a significant negative correlation between energy price and energy intensity.The change of energy price affects the energy utilization efficiency by affecting the substitution of energy products and the input of production factors such as capital,labor and raw materials.The influence of technological progress and energy price on energy intensity is different in different regions,which may be related to regional economic development level and resource endowment.Therefore,it is suggested to fully tap the great potential of technological progress in improving energy efficiency,and deepen the energy price formation mechanism to regulate energy intensity by means of energy price at the same time.
