知识产权质押融资合作机制演化博弈研究——以文化创意企业为例

Research on evolutionary game of intellectual property pledge financing cooperation mechanism——Taking cultural and creative enterprises as an example

知识产权质押融资是有效解决创意企业(简称文创企业)"融资难"的重要途径之一。本文通过构建文创企业知识产权质押融资收益感知矩阵和演化博弈模型,利用数值仿真进一步验证。研究表明:信用评估产生的放贷率、感知收益、质押知识产权价值、质押后的收益率、金融机构贷出利息率、企业和金融机构违约赔偿款越高,文创企业和金融机构进行合作意愿越大,合作稳定性越强;金融机构融资利息率、企业质押成本和金融机构寻求成本越高,文创企业和金融机构合作意愿越小,合作稳定性越差。第三方评估担保平台参与博弈时,系统会向文创企业和金融机构合作方向演化,并达到稳定状态。

Intellectual property pledge financing is one of the important ways to effectively solve the"financing difficulty"of creative enterprises.In this paper,through the construction of intellectual property pledge financing income perception matrix and evolutionary game model of cultural and creative enterprises,the numerical simulation is used to further verify.The results show that:the higher the loan rate,perceived income,pledge intellectual property value,yield after pledge,loan interest rate of financial institutions,compensation for breach of contract of enterprises and financial institutions,the greater the willingness of cooperation between cultural and creative enterprises and financial institutions,and the stronger the stability of cooperation;The higher the financing interest rate of financial institutions,the pledge cost of enterprises and the seeking cost of financial institutions,the smaller the willingness of cooperation between cultural and creative enterprises and financial institutions,and the worse the stability of cooperation.When the third-party evaluation guarantee platform participates in the game,the system will evolve to the direction of cooperation between cultural and creative enterprises and financial institutions,and reach a stable state.
