人口老龄化背景下医疗保健消费价格研究

Research on the health care consumer price under the background of population aging

我国老龄化程度不断加深,深刻影响经济社会发展,积极应对人口老龄化已上升为国家战略。本文将1999年至2019年我国医疗保健类居民消费价格指数和人口数量老少比数据作为分析对象,通过格兰杰因果、方差分解等方法,分析人口老龄化对医疗保健消费价格的影响,研究发现:人口老龄化影响医疗保健消费价格,两者之间存在长期均衡关系,人口老龄化对医疗消费价格的影响要强于对保健消费价格的影响。最后,从兴办民营医疗保健事业、加强老龄人口健康管理和深化医疗、医药模式改革等方面提出政策建议。

The increasing degree of aging in China has a profound impact on economic and social development.It has become a national strategy to actively deal with the aging of the population.Based on the data of consumer price index of medical and health care residents and the ratio of the elderly to the young in China from 1999 to 2019,this paper analyzes the impact of population aging on the consumer price of medical and health care by means of Granger causality and variance decomposition.The research findings are as follows:Population aging affects medical care consumption price,and there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the two.Population aging has a stronger impact on medical care consumption price than on health care consumption price.Finally,some policy suggestions are put forward from the aspects of setting up private medical and health undertakings,strengthening the health management of the aged population and deepening the reform of medical and medical modes.
