立足促进平台经济健康规范发展的新要求,全面加强互联网平台监管,加快构建现代化、科学化、国际化、权威性高、适配性强的互联网平台监管框架,推进互联网平台监管现代化,是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然要求。本文紧扣当前我国互联网平台市场环境重大变化和建设高标准现代市场体系的新任务新要求,在梳理我国互联网平台监管现状的基础上,系统分析了当前我国互联网平台监管面临的主要问题,提出要从监管理念、监管规则、监管架构、监管策略、监管工具、监管资源等方面着手,聚力完善互联网平台监管治理,提升监管能力,为建设高标准市场体系和构建新发展格局提供强有力的支撑。
