2020年5月以来,习近平总书记多次强调,要"推动形成以国内大循环为主体,国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局"。恰逢2020年因新冠疫情横扫全球,粮食安全问题引起社会普遍关注。鉴于此,加快推进"双循环"新发展格局下的粮食产业强国建设尤为必要。本文认为,要在确保国家粮食安全的基础上,完善产业体系和产业链协同机制,提升国内大循环的质量和效益;通过畅通贸易、资金、技术和智力等循环,更好地利用两个市场、两种资源,提升粮食产业的国际竞争力,以创新发展为催化剂,以数字技术为润滑剂,以良好的营商环境为互动平台,实现国内国际双循环相互促进。
