“十四五”时期服务江苏高质量发展的价格政策研究

Research on Price Policy Serving High-Quality Development of Jiangsu during the 14th Five-Year Plan

推动高质量发展,是党的十九大做出的重要战略部署,也是解决新时代社会主要矛盾、跨越发展关口的必然要求和现实需要。价格是市场机制的核心,是市场经济条件下调节利益分配最灵敏、最有效的杠杆,在服务江苏高质量发展中具有独特优势,发挥着重要作用。本文从研究价格工作与高质量发展的关系出发,紧扣江苏省情,深入分析价格工作面临的新问题、新挑战,研究提出了"十四五"时期价格政策的目标、方向、实施路径和创新举措,并对民生关切的教育、资源、环境、交通、房地产等重点领域的价格政策做了具体阐述。

Promoting high-quality development is a vital strategy made by the 19 th session of national congress of the communist party of China, as well as an inevitable and practical requirement for solving the major social contradictions in the new era and surpassing development barriers. Price is the core of the market mechanism and the most sensitive and effective lever to adjust the distribution of benefits under market economy conditions. It plays an essential role in serving the unique advantages of high-quality development in Jiangsu. This article starts from the study of the relationship between price work and high-quality development, closely follows the situation of Jiangsu Province, and analyzes the new problems and challenges. The study proposes the goal, implementation path, and innovation of price policy during the "14 th Five-Year Plan" period. It makes specific elaboration on price policies in crucial areas such as education, resources, environment, transportation, and real estate.
