首都文化贸易“三环流”评价指标体系研究

Study on the Evaluation Index System of the "Three Circulations" in the Capital Cultural Trade

在建设"一带一路"和构建人类命运共同体的时代背景下,文化交流、文化认同愈发重要,与之相伴的文化贸易蓬勃发展。首都北京作为我国的政治、文化中心,研究其对外文化贸易评价体系具有重要现实意义。本文确定了首都对外文化贸易评价指标体系的总目标和分目标,分析了发达国家和发展中国家文化贸易特点,并分别构建了首都"一带一路"文化贸易"上、下环流"评价指标体系。以期通过构建首都文化贸易"三环流"模式,确保首都文化贸易评价指标体系服从于国家价值链、融入国际贸易价值链的大格局,为评价首都文化贸易发展提供参考依据。

Under the background of the"Belt and Road"and the community of shared future for mankind,cultural exchange and cultural identity are becoming more and more critical.Beijing,as the political and cultural center of China,has important practical significance to study its foreign cultural trade evaluation system.This article first studies the overall goals and sub-goals of the capital’s foreign cultural trade evaluation index system,then analyzes the characteristics of cultural trade in developed and developing countries and finally constructs the capital’s"Belt and Road"cultural trade"up and down circulation"evaluation indexes system.Intending to construct the"three circulations"model of the capital’s cultural trade,the evaluation index system of the capital’s cultural trade is subject to the overall pattern of national value chains,integrates into the international trade value chain,and provides a reference for evaluating the development of the capital’s cultural trade.
