构建助力三亚经济腾飞的价格调控机制研究

Research on the Construction of Price Regulation Mechanism of Sanya’s Economy

基于三亚市在全面贯彻落实习近平总书记在海南考察"4.13"重要讲话和《中共中央国务院关于支持海南全面深化改革开放的指导意见》、建设海南自贸试验区中的战略地位,本文认真总结三亚市居民消费价格指数变化特点,与相邻城市进行比较,深入分析物价指数居高原因,提出了创新价格调控理念、完善市场决定价格机制、构建价格调控长效机制、"菜篮子"价格调控策略、特殊重要商品市场价格调控措施、搭建价格监测预警平台、加快建立与自贸试验区建设相适应的地方价格法治体系等政策措施,保持市场和价格相对稳定,助力三亚经济腾飞和社会全面进步。

Based on Sanya ’s comprehensive implementation of Xi Jinping ’s "4.13" important speech,the "Guidelines of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Supporting Hainan ’s Comprehensive Deepen Reform and Opening Up," and the strategic position of Hainan Free Trade Zone,this article summarizes the characteristics of changes in the consumer price index of Sanya and the reasons for the high price index.Besides,the author proposes the policy measures of innovative price adjustment concepts,improving market price determination,etc.This will not only keep the market and prices stable but also help its society to make all-round progress.
