我国区域经济增长质量比较研究——基于长三角与东北三省全要素生产率的比较分析

Comparative Study on the Quality of Regional Economic Growth in China——A Comparative Analysis of TFP Between the Yangtze River Delta and the Three Northeast Provinces

研究区域经济增长质量差异具有重要意义。本文基于具有区域代表性的长三角与东北三省经济增长质量差异,以TFP为经济增长质量的测度,通过TFP对资本积累的冲击响应分析,发现资本积累能否与TFP实现良性互动是经济增长质量高低的关键;并创新性地选择工业企业效益与进出口贸易这两个视角,探讨了影响经济增长质量的因素。本文建议,提升市场化水平,推动企业以高质量、讲求效益的投资为决策依据,增加企业核心竞争力,同时扩大进出口贸易规模,促进经济高质量增长。

The study of the quality difference of regional economic growth is of great significance.Based on the difference of the quality of economic growth between the Yangtze River Delta and the three northeastern provinces,taking TFP as the measure of the quality of economic growth,this paper analyzes the impact of TFP on capital accumulation,and finds that whether capital accumulation and TFP can achieve a good interaction is the key to the quality of economic growth;and innovatively selects the two perspectives of industrial enterprise efficiency and import and export trade,and discusses factors affecting the quality of economic growth.This paper proposes to improve the level of marketization,promote enterprises to make decisions based on high-quality and cost-effective investment,increase the core competitiveness of enterprises,expand the scale of import and export trade,and promote high-quality economic growth.
