中国反垄断诉讼案件年度报告(2020年) 被引量：1

摘要 引言2021年伊始,国家高频强调"加强竞争执法司法",对互联网以及传统公用事业领域等重点行业的反垄断执法与司法新高峰呼之欲出。反垄断法是保护公平竞争、制止垄断行为、维护市场经济秩序的基础性法律。我国反垄断法确立了行政执法和民事司法双轨并行的反垄断执法体系,其中,反垄断民事诉讼具有发现违法线索成本低、原告寻求法律救济的决心大以及对违法者的威慑力强等特点.
