广东省高校体育类专业就业困惑与对策

Perplexity and countermeasures of employment of physical education majors in colleges and universities of Guangdong Province

通过文献资料、访谈和介入个性研究等方法,对广东省高校体育类毕业生就业面临的困惑与对策进行调查研究,研究指出现阶段高校体育类毕业生主要存在问题:缺乏新兴专业;毕业生总体基数大;就业途径较窄,岗位需求少;学生综合能力下降;不同项目就业差异大;不同区域待遇差异大;对就业缺乏认知。主要对策:调整专业设置,应与社会发展相适应;相对减少体育类专业招生,扩大热门专业招生;提高学校的核心竞争力;政府提供更多的就业岗位;减少教师待遇差距;长期开展就业指导相关课;提高自我素质和能力,满足社会发展需求,引导学生树立正确的就业价值观,缓解就业压力,为体育类专业学生就业提供指导性意见。

Through the methods of literature,interview and intervention personality research,the confusion and countermeasures faced by college sports graduates in Guangdong Province are investigated and studied,and the research points out that there are main problems of college sports graduates at this stage:1,lack of new majors;The main countermeasures:1,adjust the professional setting,should be adapted to social development;2,relatively reduce the enrollment of sports majors,expand the enrollment of popular majors;3,improve the core competitiveness of schools;4,the government to provide more jobs;5,reduce the gap in the treatment of teachers;6,long-term employment guidance related courses;7,improve self-quality and ability to meet social development needs,guide students to establish correct employment values,ease employment pressure,and provide guidance for physical education students.
