军事职业教育是面向军队人员的继续教育,是有组织有计划的自主学习和终身学习,为充分发挥其在岗位能力提升的重要作用,需要有丰富的在线课程资源作支撑,本研究在提出军事基础在线课程教学内容的基础上,从在线课程体系、机制、人才队伍等方面分析了军事基础职业教学在线课程建设面临的四个挑战,并提出了有针对性的对策建议。

Military vocational education is a continuing education for military personnel. It is an organized and planned self-study and lifelong learning. In order to give full play to its important role in improving post ability, it needs to be supported by abundant online course resources. Based on the content of military basic online course teaching, this study analyzes the online course system, mechanism, talent team, etc There are four challenges in the course construction of military basic vocational teaching line, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
