摘要
目的:探究专项补充训练对新兵双杠臂屈伸训练效果的影响。方法:从新兵中选取两个分组(每个分组111人)为研究对象,通过两种不同的训练模式进行三个月体能训练。结果:采用专项补充训练的分组双杠臂屈伸训练成绩明显好于没有专项补充训练的分组。
Objective:To investigate the effect on the Tricep Dip for recruits with special supplementary physical training.Methods:Two groups,each one contains 111 people,from recruits were selected as the research subjects.And the physical training was carried out for three months through two different training modes.Results:The group with special supplementary physical training was significantly better than the one without special supplementary physical training.
