论课后服务的规范管理——中国实践与美国经验

On the Management of After-School Service:The Practice in China and the Advanced Experience of the United States

摘要 义务教育阶段的课后服务是公益性的教育服务,学校为学生提供专业化、体系化的服务,促进学生学业进步。通过对美国课后服务的分析,发现美国课后服务的良性发展主要归功于各级政府充足的财政保障、专业化的课后服务课程开发与实施及多主体的全过程参与。美国的经验可为我国课后服务的有效开展提供有益的借鉴。 The after-school service in compulsory education is a public welfare educational service,in which schools provide professional and systematic services to students to promote their academic progress.By analyzing after-school service in the United States,we found that the benign development of after-school service in the United States is mainly ascribed to sufficient financial support from governments at all levels,specialized after-school service curriculum development and implementation,and the participation of multiple stakeholders throughout the entire process.The experience of the United States can provide useful reference for the effective implementation of after-school service in China.
