家校社协同育人中的权责对应困境及其突破策略

摘要 建立健全家校社协同育人机制,是落实立德树人根本任务的重要方略,廓清各主体的权责对应问题是其逻辑起点。基于角色定位和权限合法视角,学校作为主导角色,具有引领权责;家庭作为主体角色,具有监护权责;社会作为参与角色,具有辅助权责。当前,家校社在协同育人中面临着权责边界模糊、权责不匹配、权责运行保障机制失调等困境。对此,需通过建立权责对应法律规范制度、健全协同共育联动管理规制、完善家校社协同育人监督保障体制等举措予以应对。 Establishing and improving the mechanism for family-school-society cooperative education is an important strategy to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education,and its logical starting point is to clarify the corresponding rights and responsibilities of each subject.Based on the perspective of role positioning and authority legitimacy,school as the leading role,has the right and responsibility to lead;family as the main role,has the right and responsibility to monitor,and the society,as the participating role,has auxiliary rights and responsibilities.At present,the family-school-society cooperative education is faced with difficulties such as blurred boundaries of rights and responsibilities,unequal matching of rights and responsibilities,and empty guarantee mechanism of rights and responsibilities.In this regard,it should be effectively handled by establishing the legal system of rights and responsibilities correspondence,improving the regulation of cooperative education,and improving the system of family-school-society cooperative education.
