摘要
学校食品质量关乎学生健康和学业成绩。英国自2013年起实施的《学校食品计划》开创了学校食品治理的新模式。英国通过立法,设立专门的办公室统筹相关政府部门的工作,建立了各类专业组织共同参与的生产、供应、采购系统,特定部门定期对学校食品进行评估检测,并将食品与烹饪教育纳入学校课程。一系列改革举措不仅提高了学校食品质量,也使健康饮食的理念深入学生心中。英国的改革对我国的学校食品安全保障与质量提升有着重要的借鉴意义。
School food is important to students’health and academic achievement.Implementation of School Food Plan has developed a new mode of school food management in Britain.A special office has been set up based on law to coordinated work in related departments.British government has established a production,service and procurement system by all kinds of school food professional organizations and evaluated school food regularly.Courses on food and cooking have been taught in primary and middle schools as well.These measures have not only improved school food’s quality but also made healthy diet ideas filter into students’mind.British school food reformation has referential significance to our school food improvement.
