Content Deconstruction,Performance Analysis and Construction of Degree System in China

学位制度是高等教育制度的重要组成部分,也是培养高质量人才的重要保障。在我国大力推动高等教育治理能力和治理体系现代化的背景下,研究学位政策,完善学位制度,对提升我国高等教育治理能力和人才培养质量具有重要意义。本文通过对我国学位政策进行系统梳理研究,全面解构学位政策的内容边界及体系架构,结合我国高等教育发展实践、学位纠纷案例及国外学位管理经验,分析了我国学位政策取得的成效与存在的问题,提出我国学位制度重构的路径及策略。

The degree system is an important part of the higher education system and a vital guarantee for training high-quality talents.Under the background of vigorously promoting the modernization of higher education governance capacity and governance system in China,it is of great significance to study the degree policy and improve degree system for improving the governance capacity and talent training quality of higher education in China.The paper makes a systematic review on the degree policy,and deconstructs content boundary and the architecture of the degree system.Combined with higher education practice in China,the dispute cases of diploma and experiences of degree in law abroad,the paper analyzes the achieved results and the existing problems of degree system in China,proposes the path and strategy of degree system reconstruction.
