Transdisciplinarity and Multimodality of Educational Linguistics:A Systemic Functional Perspective

摘要 从系统功能语言学的角度讲,教育语言学是指教师和学生一起从事通过语言进行教学和学习的活动,包括理论研究和教学与学习实践。本文重点探讨教育语言学的超学科性、主题性、多模态特性,尝试探讨教育语言学超学科性多模态语言教学模式,并且构建了教育语言学超学科性多模态语言教学模式实施程序,包括确定主题、选择相关话题、选择教学中适用的学科知识和体现这些知识的模态、教学设计、语境化、评价与反思、应用与创新7个部分,同时,还提出了对超学科、多模态交际能力培养需要认真反思的4个方面的问题。 From a systemic functional linguistic perspective,educational linguistics refers to the teaching and learning activities through language by teachers and students,including both those of theoretical researches and those of teaching and learning practices.The present article is intended to focus on the study of the transdisciplinarity,multimodality and theme-based nature of educational linguistics,establish a transdisciplinary multimodal language teaching model based on educational linguistics,and set up an implementation procedure for this language teaching model,including determining the theme,selecting the relevant topic,choosing the appropriate disciplinary knowledge and the modes realizing it,teaching design,contextualization,evaluation and reflection,and application and innovation.At the same time,it also proposes some questions of four aspects for further reflections on developing the students'transdisciplinary and multimodal communicative competence.
