Optimization and Verification of EMI for Electric Vehicle Motor Controller

摘要 电动汽车电驱动系统中的电机控制器会用到功率开关器件(IGBT)。功率开关器件快速变化的电压或电流会使电机控制器出现很明显的电磁干扰,如果没有很好地设计和控制,会导致整车的EMI性能变差。结合整车电磁发射干扰(EMI)的实际案例,通过对比分析电机控制系统的EMI性能,对电机控制器的高压滤波网络进行优化设计,大幅度降低了电机驱动系统的EMI噪声,最终使整车的EMI性能满足标准要求,验证了优化设计方案的有效性,具有一定的工程应用价值。 Power switch device is used in the motor controller of electric drive system for electric vehicle.The fast changed voltage or current for power switch device will cause obvious electromagnetic interference(EMI)in the motor controller.If it is not well designed and controlled,it will inevitably lead to a poor EMI performance on the electric vehicle.In this paper,combined with the actual EMI case of electric vehicle,through the comparison and analysis of the EMI performance of the motor control system,the high-voltage filter network of the motor controller is designed and optimized,which greatly reduced the EMI noise of the motor drive system,and finally made the EMI performance of the electric vehicle meet the requirements of the standards,which verified the effectiveness of the optimization design scheme and has certain engineering application value.
