摘要 祁连山路斜拉桥的钢箱梁跨越航道,对于施工进度和施工安全性要求很高,且最多时须八套顶推设备同步施工,对系统同步控制精度要求高。通过分析钢箱梁结构特点和受力分布,以及临时支墩上面所承受的水平载荷,结合各种施工技术,给出了具体的施工装备和施工工艺流程。最后介绍了钢箱梁顶推、拼装和整体落梁过程,为相关施工提供了新的施工方法和实践经验。 The steel box girder of the cable-stayed bridge in Qilianshan Road crosses the channel,which has a high requirement for construction progress and construction safety,and a maximum of 8 sets of jacking equipment shall be constructed synchronously,which requires a high precision of system synchronization control.This paper analyzes the factors influencing the construction environment of steel box girder erection to ensure the normal construction of steel box girder erection.By analyzing the structural characteristics and stress distribution of steel box girder,as well as the horizontal load borne by the temporary pier,the concrete construction equipment and construction process flow are given in combination with various construction technologies.Finally,the process of pushing,assembling and whole falling of steel box girder is introduced,which provides new construction methods and practical experience for related construction.
