摘要
With global change and globalization,human society has entered an era of risk society,in which risk governance has become a key component of the strategy for ensuring sustainable development of the world.Since the 1990s,the United Nations has organized a series of integrated actions to reduce the impact of natural disasters worldwide.A decade into the twenty-first century,those efforts have been further intensified through,for example,the International Strategy for Disaster Reduction(UNISDR),which continues promoting disaster management and risk reduction.
