本文以2022年3月19日由教宗方济各所颁布的宗座宪章《你们去宣讲福音》(Praedicate Evangelium)为对象,旨在探讨该宪章对于罗马教廷改革的指导性作用和地位,该宪章的基本文本结构及内容,以及根据宗座宪章的指导精神,罗马教廷在新一轮的机构改革中所体现出的基本特征及面貌,最后,论文以罗马教廷改革的原则和目的作结,旨在深入理解新的宗座宪章对于罗马教廷改革的意义和影响。

With the Apostolic Constitution“Praedicate Evangelium”issued by Pope Francis on March 19th,2022 as the researching subject,the present essay aims to discuss the Apostolic Constitution’s guiding function and position in the Roman Curia reform,as well as its basic textual structure and contents,and the basic features and manifestations of the Roman Curia in the new round of institutional reform based on the guiding spirit of the Apostolic Constitution,.Finally,the essay concludes with the principles and objectives of the Roman Curia reform,aiming at obtaining an in-depth understanding of the significance and influence that the new Apostolic Constitution has on the Roman Curia reform.
