基于波形分析的双燃料发动机故障诊断

摘要 双燃料船舶是指同时可以使用燃油和燃气的小型舰船,相对于传统舰船,双燃料舰船能够协调动力系统的输出功率,降低动力系统的油耗,进而降低成本。为了提高双燃料舰船发动机的使用质量,有必要研究舰船双燃料发动机的故障诊断技术。本文采用了一种波形分析技术,通过Labview采集板卡和软件程序,采集双燃料舰船发动机的输出波形,通过小波变换等信号分析方法,在线获取舰船双燃料发动机的运行状态。试验表明,该方法具有较高的精确性。 A dual-fuel ship is a small ship that can test both fuel and gas.Compared with traditional ships,dual-fuel ships can coordinate the output power of the power system,reduce the fuel consumption of the power system,and reduce costs.In order to improve the quality of dual-fuel ship engines,it is necessary to study the fault diagnosis technology of dualfuel engines for ships.In this paper,a waveform analysis technique is adopted.The output waveform of the dual fuel ship engine is collected through the labview acquisition board and software program.The signal analysis method such as wavelet transform is used to obtain the running status of the dual fuel engine of the ship online.The test shows that This aspect has a high degree of accuracy.
