摘要
液压传动技术不仅结构可靠,而且力和力矩传递平稳,随着舰船工业的不断发展,液压技术在船舶的应用越来越广泛。船舶动力系统中,大型液压泵发挥着重要作用,是热力循环的关键组件。本文研究的对象是船舶船舵液压转向系统的大型泵低压电器等部件,重点介绍了一种基于Labview平台的液压泵发热故障诊断技术,通过Labview软件和硬件采集液压泵与电器的温度特性,排查系统出现的故障,提高船舶船舵液压转向控制系统的可靠性。
Hydraulic transmission technology is not only reliable in structure,but also stable in transmission of force and moment.With the continuous development of naval industry,hydraulic technology is more and more widely used in ships.Large hydraulic pump plays an important role in marine power system and is the key component of thermal cycle.The object of this paper is the large-scale pump and low-voltage electrical apparatus of ship rudder hydraulic steering system.This paper mainly introduces a fault diagnosis technology of hydraulic pump heating based on Labview platform.The temperature characteristics of hydraulic pump and electrical apparatus are collected by Labview software and hardware,the faults of the system are checked out,and the hydraulic steering of ship rudder is improved.Reliability of control system.
