摘要
针对当前普通铣削方法稳定性不足的问题,进行基于Solidworks的超声椭圆振动铣削振动仿真研究。采用Solidworks软件,模拟超声椭圆振动铣削过程,计算刀尖运动方程,从运动学角度,分析超声椭圆振动铣削运动轨迹,利用Solidworks motion运动仿真分析功能插件,设置相关运动仿真参数,建立超声椭圆振动铣削模型,分析超声椭圆振动铣削稳定性。通过实验,对超声椭圆振动铣削方法与普通铣削方法的稳定性进行对比。与普通铣削方法相比,该方法稳定性区域的面积更大,轴向切深值更高,且其稳定性远高于普通铣削方法。由此可知超声椭圆振动铣削方法有效。
The vibration simulation of ultrasonic elliptic vibration milling based on solidworks is carried out to solve the problem of insufficient stability of ordinary milling methods.With solidworks software,the simulation of ultrasonic elliptical vibration milling process,the calculation point motion equation,from the Angle of kinematics,the analysis of ultrasonic elliptical vibration milling trajectory,using solidworks plug-in motion movement simulation analysis function,set up the related movement simulation parameters,ultrasonic elliptical vibration milling model is established,the analysis of ultrasonic elliptical vibration milling stability.Through experiments,the stability of ultrasonic elliptical vibration milling method is compared with that of conventional milling method.Compared with the ordinary milling method,the stability of the method is much higher than that of the ordinary milling method because the area of the stability region is larger and the value of the axial cutting depth is higher.It can be seen that ultrasonic elliptical vibration milling method is effective.
