摘要
为了降低往复式船用空压机曲轴连杆机构的变形率,提出了往复式船用空压机曲轴连杆机构力学特性分析研究。根据空压机的结构形式分析了往复式船用空压机曲轴连杆机构活塞受力情况,依托活塞动力计算图,对曲轴连杆机构的动力进行分析,基于质量换算分析了作用于船用空压机曲轴连杆机构的力和力矩,又结合往复式船用空压机曲轴连杆机构力学性能分析,实现了往复式船用空压机曲轴连杆机构力学特性分析。结果表明,设计的力学特性分析方法相比传统分析方法,曲轴连杆机构的形变值降低了79.2%,有效地降低了船用空压机曲轴连杆机构的变形率。
In order to reduce the deformation rate of crankshaft connecting rod mechanism of reciprocating marine air compressor,This paper puts forward the analysis and research on mechanical characteristics of crankshaft connecting rod mechanism of reciprocating marine air compressor.According to the structural form of the air compressor,the stress on the piston of the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism of the reciprocating marine air compressor is analyzed,Relying on the piston power calculation diagram,The power of crankshaft connecting rod mechanism is analyzed,Based on mass conversion,the force and moment acting on the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism of marine air compressor are analyzed,Combined with the mechanical performance analysis of reciprocating marine air compressor crankshaft connecting rod mechanism,The mechanical characteristic analysis of crankshaft linkage mechanism of reciprocating marine air compressor is realized.The results show that,Compared with the traditional analysis method,the designed mechanical characteristic analysis method,The deformation value of the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism is reduced by 79.2%.The deformation rate of the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism of the marine air compressor is effectively reduced.
