Application of computer and database technology in cost-saving and time-saving analysis of ship construction

摘要 近年来,船舶制造工业领域的竞争越来越激烈,船舶制造商不断在寻求更低的制造成本和更高的生产效率,使自己在竞争中取得成本优势,精益造船已经成为当前的研究热点。计算机与数据库技术在船舶造船工艺数据分析和整理方面具有明显的优势,是精益造船的重要工具。本文主要介绍一种Mysql数据库技术,并基于该技术对舰船建造过程的工时与成本等数据进行了拟合分析,有助于改善舰船生产与制造工艺,控制成本。 In recent years,the competition in shipbuilding industry has become more and more fierce.Shipmakers are constantly seeking lower manufacturing costs and higher production efficiency,so that they can gain cost advantage in the competition.Lean shipbuilding has become a current research hotspot.Computer and database technology has obvious advantages in data analysis and collation of shipbuilding process,and is an important tool for lean shipbuilding.This paper mainly introduces a kind of Mysql database technology,and based on this technology,the data of man-hour and cost in the process of warship construction are fitted and analyzed,which is helpful to improve the warship production and manufacturing process and control the cost.
