船用挖掘式装载机工作机构振动特性研究

摘要 传统的振动特性研究方法所得结果可靠性低,为了解决这个问题,提出船用挖掘式装载机工作机构特性研究。应用牛顿定律微分方程,确定船用挖掘式装载机工作装置外载荷,再利用相角表示法处理随机信号,得出各弹性组件的隔振频率,在此基础上,用有限元模型,确定船用挖掘式装载机工作机构各部件振动特征,通过分析振动特征,可知船用挖掘式装载机工作机构振动特性与噪声有直接关联,由此,完成船用挖掘式装载机工作机构振动特性研究方法的设计。最后,通过可靠性实验测试证明,所提方法可靠性更高。 In order to solve the problem of low reliability of the results obtained by traditional vibration characteristics research methods,the characteristics of working mechanism of marine excavator loader are proposed.Applying Newton’s law differential equation to determine the external load of the working device of the marine excavator loader,using phase angle representation method to process random signals,the vibration isolation frequencies of each elastic component are obtained.On this basis,the vibration characteristics of each component of the working mechanism of the marine excavator loader are determined by using finite element model,and the vibration characteristics are analyzed.It can be seen that the vibration characteristics of the working mechanism of the marine excavator loader are directly related to the noise.Therefore,the design of the research method for the vibration characteristics of the working mechanism of the marine excavator loader is completed.Finally,the reliability test results show that the proposed method is more reliable.
