杭州市“一带一路总部基地”工程变形控制设计与分析

摘要 很多TOD、TAD项目建设时,轨道交通车站或隧道处于已运营的状态,这些项目建设必然对已运营地铁结构有一定影响。杭州市“一带一路总部基地”工程具有离已运营地铁结构近、地质条件差、建筑结构设计复杂等特点,结合该项目建筑、结构、基坑等专业专项设计,提出了各专业变形控制设计方法,有效减小了项目实施期间对在运营地铁结构造成的扰动,并积累了项目实施经验,为今后类似工程的实施提供借鉴。 During the construction of many TOD and TAD projects,rail transit stations or tunnels are in operation,and these projects will inevitably have some impact on the subway structure in operation.The“the Belt and Road Headquarters Base”project in Hangzhou is close to the existing subway structure,with poor geological conditions and complex architectural structure design.Combined with the project,this paper carries out the design of overhanging main building,partition and block for the building,and carries out the design of full casing of bored pile,post-grouting at the pile end,and single-side formwork for the external wall for the structure,Based on the project,this paper designs the outrigger main building,partitions and blocks of the building,designs the full casing of bored piles,post-grouting at the pile end,and single-side formwork of the outer wall for the structure,designs the strong water stop curtain,large rigidity retaining piles,and section steel support for the foundation pit in combination with the 24-hour servo system,and puts forward the deformation control design methods of various disciplines,which effectively reduces the disturbance to the subway structure in operation during the project implementation,It provides reference for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
