生态补水区域城市综合体项目抗浮设计

摘要 随着生态补水工程对河流流域内地下水的持续回补,地下水水位将随之增长。在生态补水区域进行工程建设时,如果不能合理设定抗浮设防水位,将有可能发生底板拱起变形、墙柱变形开裂、结构整体上浮等工程事故。这类事故往往处置难度大且成本高,因此应在设计阶段就对抗浮问题给予充分重视。城市综合体项目具有建筑体量大、基础埋深大、商业业态与建筑形态丰富的特点,需要针对这类项目的特点开展针对性的抗浮设计。以小瓦窑城市综合体项目为例,探讨了生态补水区域城市综合体抗浮设计中抗浮设防水位的确定、抗浮稳定性验算、施工阶段的抗浮措施,形成了合理有效的抗浮方案,以期为其他工程的抗浮设计提供参考。 As the ecological water replenishment project continues to recharge the groundwater in the river basin,the groundwater level will increase.During the construction in the ecological water replenishment area,if the anti-floating water level cannot be reasonably set,there will be the possibility of arching and deformation of the bottom plate,deformation and cracking of the walls and columns,and even the overall uplift of the structure and other engineering accidents.Disposal of such accidents are often difficult and costly,therefore adequate attention should be given to anti-uplift problems at the design stage.Urban complex projects characterizes by large building volume,large foundation depth,and rich commercial and architectural forms,therefore,the targeted anti-uplift design to address the problems of this type of project should be carried out.Taking the Xiaowayao urban complex project as an example,the determination of water level against uplift,anti-uplift stability calculation,and the anti-uplift treatment in the both construction phase and the use phase were discussed.A rational and effective anti-floating program has been developed,which is expected to provide references for the anti-uplift design of other projects.
