等截面装配式框架预应力锚索支护结构承载特性研究及其算法验证

摘要 目前边坡支护工程多采用现浇框架预应力锚索支护结构,该结构能满足滑坡和边坡支护的要求,但是面对应急救灾和施工不便的工程项目时存在不足之处。对此,针对等截面装配式框架预应力锚索支护结构及其算法,通过数值模拟、现场监测试验、理论研究等手段,深入对比研究了装配式框架和现浇框架的承载特性,并验证了装配式框架算法。结果表明:等截面装配式框架预应力锚索支护结构同现浇框架结构承载能力基本相同,但是具有工期短、耐久性好、施工方便等优点;随着高度增加,在立柱上的装配式框架和现浇框架装配式框架应力、应变的差值变大,对横梁上的应力、应变影响较小,并且预制构件连接处节点强度较低,同时装配式框架应变随着温度在2℃~30℃内变化时趋于稳定;通过数值模拟发现三种装配式框架结构设计计算方法中铰支座结构设计算法更加安全,可运用于实际工程设计。 At present,cast-in-place frame prestressed anchor cable supporting structure is often used in slope support engineering.This structure can meet the requirements of landslide and slope support,but it has some shortcomings in the face of emergency relief and inconvenient construction projects.In this paper,aiming at the prestressed anchor cable support structure of the same section prefabricated frame and its algorithm,by means of numerical simulation,field monitoring test,theoretical research and other means,the bearing characteristics of the prefabricated frame and cast-in-place frame are deeply compared and studied,and the algorithm of the prefabricated frame is verified.The results show that the load-bearing capacity of prestressed anchor cable support structure of constant section prestressed frame is basically the same as that of cast-in-place frame structure,but it has the advantages of short construction period,good durability and convenient construction.With the increase of height,the difference between the stress and strain of the prefabricated frame on the column and the cast-in-place frame becomes larger,which has little effect on the stress and strain on the beam.Moreover,the joint strength of the prefabricated member is lower,and the strain of the prefabricated frame tends to be stable when the temperature changes between 2℃and 30℃.Through numerical simulation,it is found that the hinge support structure design algorithm of the three prefabricated frame structure design calculation methods is safer and can be used in practical engineering design.
