模块化快速建造技术将大部分工作转移至工厂,在极大提高建造效率的同时,也对项目全生命周期的管理提出了更高的要求。本文主要研究了“IPMT+EPC+监理”管理模式在模块化快速建造项目中的应用,并对一体化管理模式中的管理架构的设置、快速建造目标管控以及质量安全目标管控方法进行了探讨,为今后的模块化快速建造项目提供了经验借鉴。

The modular rapid construction technology transfers most of the work to the factory.While greatly improving the construction efficiency,it also puts forward higher requirements for the management of the entire life cycle of the project.This paper mainly studies the application of the"IPMT+EPC+supervision"management mode in the modular rapid construction project,and discusses the management structure setting,rapid construction target control and quality and safety target control methods in the"IPMT+EPC+supervision"management mode,which could provide experience for future modular rapid construction projects.
