摘要
由于传统的二维设计的限制,无法精确直观的对复杂异型建筑进行多维性、动态性、全方面表达,极大限制了设计到制造整个流程中数据对接,无法实现工业化生产和智能建造。通过可视化编程+参数化建模、BIM+深化设计+自动化加工、三维模拟建造等手段,实现了复杂异型建筑的设计表达、设计优化和设计深化,同时直接从BIM模型中获取数字化加工信息,提高了设计施工的效率和质量。BIM技术让设计、生产、技术、质量、成本、物资管理部门以及工厂的工作流程紧密结合在一起,确保了每一个环节的顺利进行,实现了建筑全生命周期的整合和贯通。基于BIM的参数化设计技术具有的参数化、集成化、标准化、贯通全生命周期的特点,可以实现不同阶段的数据对接,起到整合数据与信息流的作用,为建筑设计与建造的一体化提供了重要的支持,使其成为未来建筑产业发展的重要方向。
Due to the limitations of traditional two-dimensional design,it is impossible to accurately and intuitively express complex and irregular buildings in a multi-dimensional,dynamic,and comprehensive manner.This greatly limits the data docking in the entire process from design to manufacturing and cannot achieve industrial production and intelligent construction.Through means such as visual programming+parametric modeling,BIM+deepened design+automated processing,and three-dimensional simulated construction,the design expression,design optimization,and design deepening of complex and irregular buildings have been realized.At the same time,digital processing information is directly obtained from the BIM model,which improves the efficiency and quality of design and construction.BIM technology closely integrates the work processes of design,production,technology,quality,cost,material management departments and factories to ensure the smooth progress of each link and achieve the integration and penetration of the entire life cycle of buildings.The parametric design technology based on BIM has the characteristics of parameterization,integration,standardization,and penetration of the entire life cycle.It can realize data docking at different stages and play a role in integrating data and information flow.It provides important support for the integration of architectural design and construction and has become an important direction for the development of the architectural industry in the future.
