华南理工大学广州国际校区一期地块C塔楼BIM辅助装配式设计

摘要 装配式建筑是当下政府大力推行的建筑模式,但传统的装配式设计存在与生产不同部门协调困难等问题,影响了项目质量和效率。通过文献研究和实地调研,本研究深入分析了装配式建筑设计的优势以及BIM技术在装配式设计中的作用,基于华南理工大学广州国际校区一期工程地块C塔楼的实际案例,详细介绍了BIM在装配式设计过程中的应用。通过构建BIM模型,实现了对建筑结构、设备管线等信息的管理,实现了多专业信息的协同和衔接。在BIM辅助装配式设计过程中,通过与各参与方的协作和信息共享,提高了设计效率和质量。BIM除了提供三维可视化的效果展示,还可自动生成施工图纸、材料清单等信息,大程度减少了图纸配合误差及跨专业配合的时间成本,提高装配式设计的可靠性。研究结果表明,BIM辅助装配式设计能有效提高设计效率、降低施工风险、优化维护管理等优势,具有广阔的应用前景。 Assembled building is a building model vigorously promoted by the government nowadays,but the traditional assembly design has problems such as difficulties in coordinating with different departments of production,which affects the quality and efficiency of the project.Through literature research and field research,this study deeply analyzes the advantages of assembly building design and the role of BIM technology in assembly design,and details the application of BIM in the assembly design process based on the actual case of Tower C of the first phase of the project site of Guangzhou International Campus of South China University of Technology.By constructing the BIM model,the management of building structure,equipment pipelines and other information is realized,and the synergy and articulation of multidisciplinary information is realized.In the process of BIM-assisted assembly design,the design efficiency and quality are improved through collaboration and information sharing with all the participants.In addition to providing three-dimensional visualization of the effect display,BIM can also automatically generate construction drawings,bills of materials and other information,which greatly reduces the drawing coordination errors and the time cost of crossdisciplinary coordination,and improves the reliability of assembly design.The research results show that BIM-assisted assembly design can effectively improve the design efficiency,reduce the construction risk,optimize the maintenance management and other advantages,and has a broad application prospect.
