钢连廊超大型液压分区提升施工及监测技术研究

摘要 针对大跨度钢连廊自重大、结构形式复杂和现场施工条件受限造成的提升难题,以聊城新旧动能转换产业孵化园区项目大跨度钢连廊提升为工程背景,研究了大跨度钢连廊动态液压整体提升关键技术,提出了超大型钢连廊液压提升方案,并采用数值模拟方法对钢结构同步提升阶段和非同步提升阶段进行了包含分区提升在内多种工况下的稳定性对比分析,设计了提升过程中钢连廊关键点应变监测方案,通过实际监测对模拟结果进行比对验算,工程效果良好,实现了整体结构全过程提升的安全可靠。研究结果对我国大跨度钢连廊提升方案及过程应变监测设计提供新思路。 In view of the problems caused by the large span steel corridor,complex structure form and limited site construction conditions,Taking the large-span steel corridor promotion of Liaocheng old and new kinetic energy Transformation Industrial Incubation Park project as the engineering background,The key technology of dynamic hydraulic overall lifting of large-span steel corridor is studied,The hydraulic lifting scheme of super large steel corridor is proposed,And using the numerical simulation method to make the comparative analysis of the stability of various working conditions,including the partition lifting,The strain monitoring scheme for the key points of the steel corridor is designed,The comparison and checking of the simulation results by actual monitoring,The engineering works are good,To achieve the overall structure of the whole process of improving the safety and reliability.The results provide new ideas for the lifting scheme and process strain monitoring design of large-span steel corridor in China.
