摘要
端板式连接节点抗弯、抗剪主要靠高强螺栓提供的预紧力承担,而目前关于高强螺栓的计算方法较多,基于不同计算假定下给出的计算公式有一定差异,尚未统一,为确保项目安全可靠,结构工程师一般选用相对保守的方法进行施工图设计。本文对规范、手册的计算方法进行了梳理,结果表明按照抗弯中心位于“端板形心”假定的螺栓布置结果与《钢结构高强度螺栓连接技术规程》计算方法一致,其算法较抗弯中心位于“受压翼缘中心”更为保守。基于一个项目案例进行了设计对比分析,最后采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立精细化模型,进行典型梁柱连接节点受力详细分析,有限元结果表明,顶部两排螺栓起主要作用,旋转中心靠近受压翼缘中心,高强螺栓拉力分布实际呈非线性,从螺栓拉力角度看,与《钢结构高强度螺栓连接技术规程》计算方法基本一致。本文为端板式连接节点设计提供参考建议。
The bending and shear resistance of end-plate connection nodes are mainly borne by the pretightening force provided by high-strength bolts.Currently,there are many calculation methods for high-strength bolts,and the calculation formulas given based on different calculation assumptions are somewhat different and have not yet been unified.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the project,structural engineers generally use relatively conservative methods to design construction drawings.This article combs the calculation methods of specifications and manuals.The results show that the bolt layout results based on the assumption that the bending center is located at the"end plate centroid"are consistent with the calculation method of the"Technical Regulations for High-Strength Bolt Connections of Steel Structures",and its algorithm is better than the bending resistance.Centering at the"compression flange center"is more conservative.Based on a project case,a design comparison analysis was conducted.Finally,Abaqus finite element software was used to establish a refined model and conduct a detailed analysis of the stress of typical beam-column connection nodes.The finite element results showed that the top two rows of bolts play a major role,and the center of rotation is close to the compression force.At the center of the flange,the distribution of high-strength bolt tension is actually nonlinear.From the perspective of bolt tension,the calculation method is basically consistent with the"Technical Regulations for High-Strength Bolt Connections of Steel Structures".This article provides reference suggestions for the design of end plate connection nodes.
