摘要
某钢结构光伏支架在使用过程中,光伏面板被刮飞,通过调查和计算对损伤原因进行分析,主要由于风荷载取值不当、连接垫片过小使得结构局部发生连接螺栓拉脱现象,进而导致主檩条面外失稳大变形,结构发生破坏;针对损伤部位及原因提出两个加固方案,利用有限元软件进行模拟计算,并通过综合比较和现场试验确定最终加固方案。
In the course of using a steel structure photovoltaic support,the photovoltaic panel was blown off.Through investigation and calculation,the cause of damage was analyzed,due to the improper value of wind load and the small size of the connecting gasket,the bolt pull-off occurred locally,which led to the large out-of-plane instability of the main purlin and the failure of the structure According to the damage position and the reason,two reinforcement schemes are put forward,and the finite element software is used to simulate and calculate,and the final reinforcement scheme is determined by comprehensive comparison and field test.
