顶部行走履带吊的既有地下结构与支撑架协同承载计算

摘要 徐州轨道交通1号线彭城广场站项目,受到场地的限制,施工作业区及设备停放区置于八十年代地下商场上方,需行走180t履带吊。为了保证施工时地下室结构的安全稳定,对地下室顶板进行加固,加固方式采用钢管架满堂搭设。对加固体系安全性进行验算,本文考虑地下结构与支撑架协同受力,合理选取了计算剖面并简化节点刚度,对结构的截面属性和荷载进行了平面应力分析的归一化,建立了既有结构和支撑架的协同承载模型,使用SAP2000分析了协同承载模型的内力变形,对立杆稳定、顶板受弯、工字钢受弯等的极限承载力进行了验算。加固体系施工采用了加载预压等措施,同时根据计算条件实施了相应构造,保证了施工安全。最后提出了此类工程计算和施工要点,为后续类似工程提供了参考。 The Pengcheng Square Station project of Xuzhou Rail Transit Line 1 is limited by the site,and the construction work area and equipment parking area are located above the underground shopping mall.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the basement structure during construction,it is necessary to reinforce the basement roof,and the reinforcement method is to use steel pipe racks to build it.Check the safety of the reinforcement system.In this paper,the cooperative bearing model is established considering the cooperative stress of the underground structure and the support frame,and the simplified nodes of the calculation section are reasonably selected.Then,the section properties of the support structure and the original structure are calculated,the load is analyzed,and the internal forces of each part of the composite structure are analyzed by SAP2000,and the material bearing capacity is checked.Measures such as loading and preloading are adopted in the construction of the reinforcement system,and corresponding structures are implemented according to the calculation conditions to ensure the construction safety.Finally,the calculation and construction points of this kind of project are put forward,which provides a reference example for similar projects in the future.
