附加子结构加固方法在单跨横向排架结构中的应用研究

摘要 现行的抗震类规范大都经过多次更新迭代,老旧的单层工业厂房多采用单跨排架结构,其柱配筋率普遍偏低,难以满足此类抗震类规范的要求。对此类单跨横向排架结构,采用附加子结构方法进行抗震加固,能从结构体系层面提高结构的整体抗震性能,且加固施工主要在原结构外部完成,湿作业量较小,可最大限度地减少对厂房正常生产的干扰。本文对单跨横向排架结构分别采用增设支撑、减震装置等附加子结构方法,多方案比较分析了其减震效果,结果可供单跨横向排架结构加固借鉴使用。 Most of the current seismic codes have been updated and iterated for many times.Most of the old single-storey industrial buildings use single span bent structures,and the column reinforcement ratio is generally low,which is difficult to meet the requirements of such seismic codes.For this kind of single spantransverse bent structure,additional substructure method is adopted for seismic reinforcement,which can improve the overall seismic performance of the structure from the structural system level,and the reinforcement construction is mainly completed outside the original structure,with a small amount of wet work,which can minimize the interference to the normal production of the plant.In this paper,additional substructures such as bracing and damping devices are adopted for the transverse of single span bent structures,and their damping effects are compared and analyzed by multiple schemes.The results can be used for reference in the reinforcement of single span transversebent structures.
